The Maintenance Support Group works directly with other third party maintenance organizations as well as corporate customers who have their own maintenance organizations or whose IT departments provide in-house hardware support. Services we provde to maintenance organizations include; additional labor, remote diagnostics, security analysis, systems monitoring, application and asset management, secure data backup, virus protection, image management solutions as well as access to our hot swap spare parts program.
