We want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make from us and ask that you please read the following return policies before making your purchase from our store:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.,) and make a damage claim with them immediately. Once a claim has been filed with the carrier, please contact our office for an RMA Number and return shipping instructions. Upon receiving the damaged product back at our facility, we will promptly send you a replacement, or issue you a full refund, within the first 30 days of purchase. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Unwanted Product Returns:
Most computer products (software, memory, etc.,) with tamper proof seals cannot be returned once they have been opened. Please make sure your order is correct prior to opening any factory sealed boxes. Unopened boxes in new, resalable condition may be returned at the customer's expense, but may be subject to a restock fee. If you need to return an order, and it is in resalable condition, please contact your sales person to obtain an RMA Number and shipping instructions before attempting to return any product to us.
Auction Return Policies (eBay, Amazon.com, PriceWatch, etc.,)
Unless otherwise stated in the auction, we do not offer returns for unwanted products. If you won an auction by mistake, it is your responsibility. We will not take the item back. We also do not offer returns on items in the original "factory sealed boxes" or "never used" condition because we cannot test the item prior to shipping (if we did it would then be in an open box and used). If a product was listed in the auction as "factory sealed" or "never used" and you find that it is defective upon receipt, please contact the manufacturer to see if they can remedy the situation.
